Investing in the development of beaches is one of the fundamental tasks of the Municipality and the Tourist Board. This year, we have invested significant funds in the development of Bijaka beach in Milna. The maritime domain is a protected property, therefore, the possibilities of interventions on it are strictly limited by law, especially the Law on Seaports and Maritime Domain. In accordance with the Milna Municipality Maritime Domain Management Plan, which was approved by our county, beach nourishment was carried out, minor repairs were made to the sunbathing plateaus and fencing with a floating net, and in the land part of the maritime domain of Bijaka beach, the development of a parking lot was also carried out.
