Representations and complaints about the work of administrative bodies

Pursuant to Article 26 of the Law on Local and Regional Self-Government (Official Gazette No. 33/01, 60/01, 129/05, 109/07, 125/08, 36/09, 36/09, 150/11, 144/12, 19/13, 137/15., 123/17., 98/19. and 144/20.) bodies of local and regional (regional) self-government units are obliged to enable citizens and legal entities to submit petitions and complaints about their work as well as about the work of their administrative bodies, and about the improper behavior of employees in these bodies when they address them in order to exercise their rights and interests or perform their civic duties.

The mayor of the Municipality of Milna, i.e. the head of the JUO of the Municipality of Milna, is obliged to respond to the submitted petitions and complaints to citizens and legal entities within 30 days from the date of submission of the petition or complaint.

The aforementioned bodies are obliged to provide the necessary technical and other means for filing petitions and complaints (book for complaints, etc.) in the official premises in a visible place and to enable the oral presentation of petitions and complaints.

Submissions and complaints about the work of the bodies of the Municipality of Milna can be submitted in writing, orally on the record during office hours, at the address: Municipality of Milna, Sridnja kala 1, 21 405 Milna, and can also be submitted electronically.
