1. The Municipal Council of the Municipality of Milna adopted a Decision on calling elections for members of the councils of local committees of the Municipality of Milna (Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna No. 3/22)

The elections will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2022.

2. Deadlines run from the day

March 24, 2022 from 00:00.

3. Proposals for candidate lists for the election of members of the local councils must be submitted to the Election Commission by

April 6, 2022 until midnight.

4. The Election Commission will publish all valid proposed candidate lists for the election of council members, as well as a summary list, in local media and the press, on the website of the Municipality of Milna, as well as on the bulletin boards of local committees, within 48 hours of the expiration of the deadline prescribed for the candidacy procedure and submission of candidate lists, by

April 8, 2022 until midnight.

5. The election campaign begins on the day of publication of the collective candidate list and lasts until 24 hours before the election, i.e. from

April 9, 2022 from 00:00 to

April 22, 2022 until midnight.

6. The ban on election campaigning (election silence), as well as any publication of preliminary results or election assessments, shall apply throughout the entire day preceding the election, as well as on election day until 7:00 p.m., from

April 23, 2022 from 00:00 to

April 24, 2022 until 7:00 p.m.

7. The Election Commission shall appoint the president, vice-president and members of the polling stations committees no later than 10 days before the elections, by

April 13, 2022.

8. The Election Commission shall announce which polling stations have been designated, indicating which voters are entitled to vote at each location, no later than 15 days before the election, by

April 8, 2022.

9. Voting continues continuously.

April 24, 2022 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The polling station closes at 7:00 PM. Voters who are at the polling station will be able to vote after 7:00 PM.

10. The Polling Station Committee must submit the minutes of its work with other election materials to the Election Commission within 12 hours of the closing of the polling station, by

April 25, 2022 until 7:00 a.m.

11. The Election Commission shall determine the results of voting at polling stations in its area no later than 24 hours after the closing of the polling stations, by

April 25, 2022 until 7:00 p.m.

12. When the Election Commission determines the results of the elections for members of the councils of local committees in the area of the Municipality of Milna, it will immediately publish the election results in accordance with the minutes of the work of the Election Commission.

13. The right to vote is protected in accordance with the provisions of Articles 49 to 54 of the Decision on the Election of Council Members of Local Committees in the Municipality of Milna.

14. These Instructions enter into force on the date of adoption and will be published in the »Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna« and on the official website of the Municipality of Milna www.opcinamilna.hr.
