The Mayor of the Municipality of Milna informs all interested citizens that the deadline for submitting applications under the Public Call for Applications for the Purchase of Apartments from the Socially Incentive Housing Program (POS) in the area of the Municipality of Milna has been extended in order to determine the Priority List.
- New application deadline: no later than August 15, 2026.
All other conditions, criteria and required documentation specified in the original Public Call remain completely unchanged.
Applications are submitted in a sealed envelope in person to the Milna Municipality office or by registered mail to the following address: Municipality of Milna Middle calla 1, 21405 Milna
With the obligatory indication on the envelope:
„"PUBLIC CALL - Application for the purchase of an apartment under the POS Program - DO NOT OPEN"“
(The name, surname and address of the applicant must be stated on the envelope).
Scoring and complaints
Scoring and determination of the Priority List will be carried out in accordance with the Decision on Conditions, Criteria and Procedure ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna", No. 5/26). The proposed list will be published on the notice board and website of the Municipality of Milna, and applicants will have the right to object within 8 days from the date of publication.
