The single administrative department of the Municipality of Milna informs all interested civil society organizations about the extension of the application deadline Public tender for financing programs, projects and events of interest to the general good in the area of the Municipality of Milna for 2026.

The deadline for submitting applications is officially extended for an additional eight (8) calendar days, counting from the date of adoption and publication of the Decision on Extension. In accordance with the above, the new deadline for receiving the entire tender documentation is determined by May 6, 2026. Applications received outside the newly established time frame will be considered late and will not be considered by the competent Commission.

Within the aforementioned extended deadline (until May 6, 2026), it is possible to submit completely new project and program applications by legitimate civil society organizations that meet the prescribed conditions defined in the basic text of the Competition.

Applicants who have duly submitted their project applications within the initially defined deadline (ending on March 10, 2026), and whose applications were determined to be formally deficient as a result of the preliminary administrative check, are explicitly granted an additional deadline to supplement the identified deficiencies (submission of missing certificates, certificates and updated statutory acts). Important note: These applicants are authorized exclusively to supplement the administrative attachments prescribed by Article 17 of the Regulations, while any substantial modification of the application material (such as changing the Budget Form or the description of project activities) is strictly prohibited. Applicants with formal deficiencies identified will be contacted directly by the Single Administrative Department with an exact specification of the documentation they are required to supplement.

All new documentation, as well as targeted additions, shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “Do not open – Application for the Public Call for Applications for NGOs 2026.”, by registered mail or by personal delivery to the registered office at the premises of the Municipality of Milna, Sridnja kala 1, 21405 Milna.

All remaining conditions and prescribed normative criteria defined in the basic text of the Public Tender, announced on February 23, 2026, remain completely unchanged and retain their legal force.
