Pursuant to Article 391, paragraph 1 of the Law on Ownership and Other Real Rights ("Official Gazette" No. 91/96, 68/98, 137/99, 22/00, 73/00, 129/00, 114/01, 79/06, 141/06, 146/08, 38/09, 153/09, 143/12, 152/14 and 81/15 - consolidated text and 94/17 - consolidated text), Article 28 of the Statute of the Municipality of Milna ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna", No. 12/22 - Consolidated text) and Article 7, paragraph 1, indent 2 of the Decision on the conditions, manner and procedure for managing property owned by the Municipality of Milna ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna Milna", number 8/19), the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Milna, at its 9th session held on October 20, 2022, adopted a Decision on the sale of real estate owned by the Municipality of Milna and the announcement of a public tender.

The decision on the sale of real estate owned by the Municipality of Milna (hereinafter: the Decision) initiates the procedure for the sale of real estate owned by the Municipality of Milna, namely:

Plot of land 982/1 ko Milna with an area of 8240 m2, a separate construction area for catering and tourism purposes (TZ "Duboka"), a unique entity with the possibility of building tourist facilities of type T (tourist resorts, villas, hotel, accompanying facilities) and/or K (camp), with a maximum capacity of 120 beds.

Bids are submitted within 15 days starting from the second day of the publication of the public tender in the local press.

The appointed Commission will conduct the public opening of bids within a maximum of 15 days from the expiry of the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "„Tender offer – sale of real estate – do not open“". Bids are delivered by registered mail or submitted to the Unified Administrative Department of the Municipality of Milna
