What is it about?

Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development (APPRD) controls agricultural plots via a satellite monitoring system.

Due to the specifics of the Brač terrain – karst, dry stone walls, dislocated pastures and dense olive groves – the satellite may incorrectly read the state of agricultural activity in the field. If the satellite does not recognize your activity (mowing, grazing or cultivation), your plot will be assigned yellow or red alarm at the "traffic light"„.

The only way to prove the real situation on the ground and save your incentives is to send geotagged photos (GTF) via a free mobile application AgroGTF.

A guide in 4 simple steps

1. Download the appDownload the free app to your smartphone AgroGTF from Play Stores (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
2. Log in (AGRONET data)To enter the application, use the same username and password that you use to log in to the system. AGRONET (through which you submit the Single Request).
3. Check the "Records" tab„Within the app, regularly check the section called Records. If you have an assigned task (yellow or red plot), it will say exactly which plot you need to photograph.
4. Take a picture on the spot and send itGo physically to that plot, open the app and take a photo of the activity performed (e.g. mowed grass, cleaned olive grove, grazing cattle). The app automatically records the exact location and time. Once submitted, your task is complete!

Key obligations, deadlines and rules in 2026

• Obligation at the request of the Agency: If APPRF sends you an application task or officially requests a GTF photo, you are required to send it within the given deadline.
• Loss of support and penalties: If you do not submit the required geotagged photo by the given deadline, the eligibility requirement will be deemed not to have been met, leading to loss of funds or penalties for that parcel.
• Deadline for changes: All disputed alarms must be resolved, or abandoned without penalty, no later than October 1, 2026.

Recommendation: Don't wait until the last minute! Check out the app today. If you have older family members who aren't smartphone-savvy, help them out or connect them with younger family members.
