Pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 1 of the Act on the Civil Protection System (“Official Gazette”, No. 82/15, 118/18, 31/20 and 20/21), Article 5 of the Ordinance on the composition of the headquarters, the method of work and the conditions for the appointment of the head, deputy head and members of the civil protection headquarters (“Official Gazette”, No. 126/19, and 17/20) and Article 58 of the Statute of the Municipality of Milna (“Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna”, No. 6/10, 4/14 and 2/21), the Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Milna on June 29, 2021 issued a Decision on the establishment and appointment of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Municipality of Milna.
