LOCATIONS FOR WHICH PERMITS ARE ISSUED ON MARITIME PROPERTY

The subject of the tender is the allocation of permits for maritime domain.
The maritime domain permit based on this public tender is issued for a period of 3 (three) years.
A permit for maritime property may only be granted to an economic entity that is registered to carry out the economic activity for which the bid is submitted.
Microlocations, activities, assets, number of permits and permit term provided for in individual locations for which this tender is being announced, as well as a graphic representation of locations for issuing permits, are an integral part of the Maritime Domain Management Plan in the area of the Municipality of Milna for the period from 2024 to 2028 ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna" No. 07/24) and form an integral part of this public tender.

INITIAL AMOUNT OF MARITIME PROPERTY PERMIT FEE

Based on the Regulation on types of activities and the amount of the minimum fee for granting permits in the maritime domain ("Official Gazette" 16/24), bidders are competing for funds according to the table from the Maritime Domain Management Plan in the area of the Municipality of Milna for the period from 2024 to 2028 ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna" number 07/24).
The minimum fee for the granting of permits on the maritime domain is prescribed by the Decree on the types of activities and the amount of the minimum fee for the granting of permits on the maritime domain ("Official Gazette" 16/24).
