Pursuant to Article 96, paragraph 3 of the Physical Planning Act ("Official Gazette", No.: 153/13, 65/17, 114/18, 39/19, 98/19 and 67/23) and the Conclusion of the Mayor of the Municipality of Milna CLASS: 350-02/23-01/002, REGISTRATION NUMBER: 2181-32-01/01-01-24-44, dated August 14, 2024, the Unified Administrative Department of the Municipality of Milna announces a Repeated Public Hearing on the Proposal for the Urban Development Plan for the Catering and Tourism Area of the Municipality of Milna "Osibova-Lučice".
1. A new public debate is being held on the Proposal for the Urban Development Plan for the catering and tourism area of the T "Osibova-Lučice" (hereinafter: Plan Proposal).
2. Repeated public debate on Proposed Plan It will last thirty (30) days, from August 26 to September 25, 2024.
3. During the repeated public hearing, public access to Plan Proposal can be done every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the premises of the Municipality of Milna, Sridnja kala 1, 21405 Milna
4. Public presentation to explain solutions, guidelines and measures from Plan Proposal will be held on August 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Interpretation Center for Maritime History of Milna, Sridnja kala 2, in Milna.
5. Comments, opinions and suggestions and comments on Plan Proposal may be given during the public hearing, ending on September 25, 2024, in the following manner:
– by entering a note in the book of remarks;
- by mail to the address: Municipality of Milna, Sridnja Kala 1, 21405 Milna;
- by e-mail to the e-mail address: info@opcinamilna.hr and
– in the minutes during the public presentation.
6. An invitation to participate in the repeated public hearing will be sent to state administration bodies and legal entities with public authority in accordance with a special regulation. If state administration bodies and legal entities with public authority do not submit a written statement within the specified period, they will be deemed to have no objections. 7. Proposals and objections that are not submitted within the period and are not legibly written and signed with the name and surname and the address of the submitter will not be taken into account in the preparation of the Report on the repeated public hearing
