Citizens of the municipality of Milna,

We would like to inform you that the Government of the Republic of Croatia, at its session held on March 9, 2022, adopted a Decision on the payment of a one-time cash benefit to pension beneficiaries in order to mitigate the consequences of the increase in energy prices.

This Decision regulates the payment of a one-time cash benefit to pension beneficiaries residing in the Republic of Croatia, who are in receipt of pension payments for the month of March 2022, as follows:

• to pension beneficiaries earned in the Republic of Croatia, if their total monthly pension income paid in the Republic of Croatia for March 2022 does not exceed HRK 4,000.00 and who are not employed, or do not perform an activity on the basis of which there is an insurance obligation
• pension beneficiaries who, in addition to their pension earned in the Republic of Croatia, are also paid a pension from abroad (countries with which the Republic of Croatia has concluded an international agreement on social security and countries in which the European Union regulations on the coordination of social security systems apply), if their total pension income earned in the Republic of Croatia and abroad does not exceed HRK 4,000.00
• beneficiaries of pensions earned in the Republic of Croatia, who have completed their retirement years abroad and have not exercised their right to a pension abroad.

Beneficiaries can submit proof of the pension amount for March 2022 via an online form, or by mail or in person to the regional HZMO unit according to their place of residence along with the Form for submitting data on the pension amount.
