Based on Article 23 of the Regulations on Financing Public Needs of the Municipality of Milna ("Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna", No. 1/23), and after the evaluation procedure was carried out by the competent Commission, the Head of the Unified Administrative Department of the Municipality of Milna adopted a Decision on the approval of financial resources for programs, projects and events of interest for the common good in the area of the Municipality of Milna for 2026.

A total amount of €63,000.00 was approved for the financing of 12 programs and projects implemented by 9 civil society organizations, distributed according to the following areas:

CULTURE

1. CROATIAN PUBLIC EDUCATION ("Cultural Events Ložišće 2026") – €7,900.00
2. UZMAH ("Nazor's Evenings in Bobovišća by the Sea") – €4,000.00
3. ARS ADRIA ("Ecology and culture of the island community") – €4,000.00
4. DON HIHOT THEATRE ("Children Save the Ku-ku-ri-ku Farm") – €3,100.00

SPORT

1. MILNA SPORTS ASSOCIATION ("Kalaton") – €14,350.00
2. "CRVANA" BALLOON ASSOCIATION ("Crvana on the field") – €8,000.00
3. TRITON („Deep Secrets of Mala Mrduja“) – €6,500.00
4. TRITON ("Safe paths, bicycles are trampled 2") – €5,000.00
5. NK JADRAN SUPETAR ("Renovation of lighting fixtures on the 'Veli plac' playground") – €3,000.00
6. NK BRAZZIA SUPETAR ("Amateur sports and health-oriented physical exercise...") – €3,000.00
7. CROATIAN PUBLIC EDUCATION ("Balloon Tournament") – €2,500.00
8. MILNA SPORTS ASSOCIATION („Small Hiking School and Winter Kalaton“) – €1,650.00

In accordance with the regulations, associations have the right to submit a written complaint to the tender procedure within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of the written notification of the results. The complaint cannot be submitted regarding the amount of funds awarded.

Accelerated procedure for signing the Contract:

In order to enable associations to dispose of the approved funds as early as possible, the signing of the Financing Agreement has been organized for this Friday at 10:00 am in the premises of the Unified Administrative Department of the Municipality of Milna.

The right to expedite the signing of the Agreement is reserved exclusively to those associations that waive their right to object in writing (by e-mail) and thereby make the Decision final.

Important notes for applicants:

1. Mandatory documentation: Immediately before signing the Contract, associations are required to submit the remaining prescribed documentation (certificate of no criminal record for the person authorized to represent them and confirmation from the Tax Administration of no debt).
2. Associations with a reduced amount: Applicants who have been granted funds in an amount less than requested (Ars Adria, Triton, NK Jadran Supetar, NK Brazzia Supetar) are required to conclude a Minutes of Negotiation and submit a revised Budget Form aligned with the approved amount before signing the Contract.
