Also, it is given Instruction of the Civil Protection Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior on the implementation of the Decision on financing the costs of housing for displaced persons from Ukraine in individual accommodation, from which arises the obligation of the civil protection headquarters of local self-government units to issue a "Certificate of Supervision of a Residential Unit"„
