Pursuant to Articles 123-133 of the Roads Act ("Official Gazette", No. 84/11, 22/13, 54/13, 148/13 and 92/14) and Articles 73 and 75 of the Ordinance on Geodetic Surveys ("Official Gazette", No. 59/18), a Public Invitation is hereby published.
This invitation informs the holders of real rights to real estate bordering the land (hereinafter: holders of real rights) on which an unclassified road has been constructed - Bijaka Street, Kuk II, Makarac, Makarac North and Makarac South in the settlement of Milna in the municipality of Milna, about the commencement of recording the roads in question in the cadastral register and land register.
The registration will be carried out in accordance with Articles 123 - 133 of the Roads Act ("Official Gazette", No. 84/11, 22/13, 54/13, 148/13 and 92/14), pursuant to which UNCLASSIFIED ROADS are registered in the cadastre and entered in the land register as - public property in general use owned by the Municipality of Milna.
Geodetic studies of the actual conditions of unclassified roads in Bijaka and Milna will be prepared by the company LENO doo, for geodetic works, 21 000 Split, Poljička cesta 9.
The Municipality of Milna has determined the boundaries of the land on which the unclassified road was built, with the professional assistance of a certified geodesic engineer who ensures that the breaking points of the land boundaries are properly stabilized and marked.
Holders of real rights can inspect the geodetic study of the completed condition, as well as request any additional clarifications, on September 29, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Milna Municipality Hall.
