We inform the locals, craftsmen, restaurateurs and all interested business entities that, in order to prepare for the upcoming season and with the aim of ensuring communal order and aesthetic standards, acts for the lease of public areas have been published.
The allocation of areas is carried out through two separate procedures:
1. Public invitation for direct lease allocation
Intended exclusively for users of space in front of existing business buildings.
Subject of lease: Catering terraces (bars), fixed advertising items, mobile advertising boards (A-stands), rotors, and exhibition stands and mannequins.
Special note: From the 2026 season. is strictly prohibited hanging and displaying goods on facades, windows and doors of buildings.
Submission deadline: Applications are submitted continuously, and no later than 8 days ago planned equipment installation.
2. Public tender for the collection of sealed bids
Intended for occasional sales, service presentation and catering via auction.
The procedure is carried out by collecting written bids in sealed envelopes, and the selection criterion is the highest offered rent amount.
The subject of the competition are locations for:
- Kiosks and seasonal stands (souvenirs, fruits and vegetables).
- Mobile devices (popcorn, pancakes, boat trip presentation).
- Wooden houses at Pantera location: There are three (3) vacant units left
(house no. 1 and house no. 9 and house no. 10)
