Pursuant to Article 71 of the Maritime Domain and Seaports Act (Official Gazette, No. 83/23) and Article 9 of the Maritime Domain Management Plan in the Municipality of Milna for the period from 2024 to 2028 (Official Gazette of the Municipality of Milna, No. 07/24), the Mayor of the Municipality of Milna is announcing a Public Tender for the award of permits in the maritime domain.

Written bids for the allocation of permits for maritime domain shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked „"DO NOT OPEN - COMPETITION FOR THE ALLOCATION OF PERMITS ON MARITIME PROPERTY"“ via registered mail, addressed to: Municipality of Milna, Sridnja kala 1, 21405 Milna or by personal delivery to the protocol of the Municipality of Milna, on working days between 9:00 and 13:00.

The deadline for applications for the Public Tender is from March 5, 2024 (Wednesday) to March 19, 2025 (Wednesday). The Maritime Domain Licensing Commission will hold a public opening on March 24, 2025 (Friday), at 12:00 p.m., at Sridnja kala 1, 21405 Milna.
