The Municipality of Milna is announcing a Public Tender for financing programs, projects and events of interest to the general public in the area of the Municipality of Milna for 2026, which are implemented by associations.
Priorities for the allocation of funds are activities that promote the realization of general and specific goals by area, as follows:
- Culture
- Sport
- Civil society development
In order for the association's program/project application to be considered and approved, the proposer must submit the application on special forms that can be downloaded from the Milna Municipality website (https://www.opcinamilna.hr/obavijesti/):
1. Descriptive form for programs/projects of public interest (Annex 1)
2. Budget form for programs/projects of public interest (Annex 2)
3. A statement (from a person authorized to represent) that all obligations towards grant providers from previous contracts have been fulfilled (Annex 3)
4. Proof of association registration - An extract from the Register of Associations of the Republic of Croatia, or an extract from another appropriate register in which other legal entities are entered when applicants are eligible (or a copy thereof), no older than three months from the date of the call for applications, from which it is evident that the association, or other legal entity, has been operating for at least as many years from the date of registration to the date of the call for applications as prescribed by the terms of the call for applications;
5. the association's financial report, as follows:
- for those subject to double-entry bookkeeping: a copy of the annual Income and Expenditure Report (Form PR-RAS-NPF), Balance Sheet (Form BIL-NPF) and Notes to the financial statements for the previous calendar year;
– for those subject to simple accounting: Decision on bookkeeping and application of the cash accounting principle adopted by the legal representative of the applicant and Annual financial report on receipts and expenditures for the previous calendar year (Form G-PR-IZ-NPF) - a copy of the certified statute of the association carrying out the program or project;
- proof of co-financing of the program or project from local or regional self-government units or other sources of co-financing if the co-financing is stated in the program or project budget form (copy of the decision and/or co-financing contract)
Immediately before signing the contract for a funded program or project, the applicant shall also submit:
- a certificate from a competent court, no older than six months, that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the person authorized to represent the association (who signed the program or project application forms and who is authorized to sign the financing agreement) and the program or project manager;
- statements of non-conviction by which the person authorized to represent the association and the program or project manager declare that they have not been convicted by a final judgment of a misdemeanor or of a criminal offense as defined in Article 48, paragraph 2, subparagraphs c) and d) of the Regulation;
- confirmation from the Ministry of Finance - Tax Administration on the proper fulfillment of the obligation to pay contributions for pension and health insurance and to pay taxes and other payments to the state budget and the budgets of local self-government units
- Declaration of non-existence of double funding
