Public discussion on the proposal for the Urban Development Plan for the catering and tourism area "Duboka"“

Pursuant to Article 96, paragraph 3 of the Physical Planning Act ("Official Gazette", No.: 153/13, 65/17, 114/18, 39/19, 98/19 and 67/23) and the Conclusion of the Mayor of the Municipality of Milna CLASS: 350-02/22-01/001, REGULATION NUMBER: 2181-32-01/1-01-24-13, dated June 14, 2024, the Unified Administrative Department of the Municipality of Milna announces a Public Hearing on the Proposal for the Urban Development Plan for the Catering and Tourism Area "Duboka".

Public debate on Proposed Plan will last thirty (30) days and will be in the period from June 21 to July 22, 2024.

During the public hearing, public access to Plan Proposal will be available every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the premises of the Municipality of Milna, Sridnja kala 1, 21405 Milna.

Public presentation to explain solutions, guidelines and measures from Plan Proposal will be held June 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the building of the Interpretation Center for the Maritime History of Milna, Sridnja kala 2, in Milna.

Comments, opinions and suggestions, as well as comments on Plan Proposal may be given during the public hearing, ending on July 22, 2024, in the following manner:

– by entering a note in the book of remarks;

- by mail to the address: Municipality of Milna, Sridnja Kala 1, 21405 Milna;

- by e-mail to the e-mail address: info@opcinamilna.hr and

– in the minutes during the public presentation.

An invitation to participate in the public hearing will be sent to state administration bodies and legal entities with public authority in accordance with a special regulation. If state administration bodies and legal entities with public authority do not submit a written statement within the specified deadline, it will be deemed that they have no objections.

Proposals and comments that are not submitted within the deadline and are not legibly written and signed with the name and surname of the submitter along with the address will not be taken into account in the preparation of the Public Hearing Report.
