The Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Milna is the fundamental document regulating the area of the Municipality. It was adopted in 2007, followed by Amendments to the Plan, the last of which was adopted in June 2019. The Amendment to the Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Milna was adopted in order to align the Plan with the provisions of Article 201 of the Spatial Development Act, which prescribes the obligation to regulate unregulated parts of construction areas and developed parts of these areas planned for urban transformation.
The process of drafting the first Amendment to the Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Milna is underway, and a Decision was made at the session of the Municipal Council on March 24, 2020. (Official Gazette 2/20.), which will be adopted after the adoption of the third Amendment to the Spatial Plan of the Split-Dalmatia County (which will include the proposals and requests of the Municipality of Milna).
