Based on Article 126, paragraph 5 of the Local Elections Act ("Official Gazette!, No. 144/12, 121/16, 98/19, 42/20, 144/20 and 37/21), Article 42, paragraph 2, subparagraph 1 and 56 of the Act on Financing Political Activities, Election Campaigns and Referendums ("Official Gazette", No. 29/19 and 98/19, hereinafter: the Financing Act) and the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the amount of compensation for election campaign costs for the election of members of representative bodies of local and regional self-government units ("Official Gazette", No. 41/21), the Municipal Election Commission of the Municipality of Milna adopted a Decision on the right to compensation and the amount of compensation for election campaign costs for the election of members of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Milna in 2021.
