Law on Physical Planning (Official Gazette No. 153/13, 65/17, 114/18, 39/19 and 98/19), Article 160 of the Environmental Protection Act ("Official Gazette" No. 80/13, 153/13, 78/15, 12/18 and 118/18), Article 23 of the Regulation on the Strategic Impact Assessment of Strategies, Plans and Programs on the Environment ("Official Gazette" No. 3/17), Articles 16 and 17 of the Regulation on Information and Participation of the Public and Interested Public in Environmental Protection Issues ("Official Gazette" No. 64/08) and Conclusion of the Mayor on the determination of the Proposal of Plans and the Strategic Environmental Impact Study for the Regional Municipality (CLASS: 350-02/23-01/002, REGULATION NUMBER: 2181-32-01/1-23-1 of March 24, 2023), we are announcing a Public Hearing on the Strategic Study.
PUBLIC DEBATE on the Proposal for Amendments to the Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality (ID of the PPUO) Milna for the area of catering and tourism purposes "Osibova-Lučice", to the proposal of the Urban Development Plan for the catering and tourism purposes of the "Osibova-Lučice" (UPS) and Strategic Studies (Strategic study) will be held for the following duration:
and) IDPPUO – 12 calendar days, in the period from April 3 to April 14, 2023;
b) UPS – 30 calendar days, in the period from April 3 to May 3, 2023;
c) Strategic study – 30 calendar days, in the period from April 3 to May 3, 2023.
Proposal IDPPUO-and UPU-and for public discussion it contains provisions for implementation, a cartographic part IDPPUO-and and UPU-and. Strategic study contains the necessary attachments prescribed by the Law and other by-laws.
During the Public Hearing, the Proposal IDPPUO-and UPU-and Strategic studies It will be on public display in the premises of the Municipality of Milna every working day except Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will also be published on the website of the Municipality of Milna https://www.opcinamilna.hr
PUBLIC PRESENTATION on the Proposal IDPPUO-and, UPU-and you Strategic studies will be held on April 13, 2023, starting at 11:00 a.m. in the premises of the school library of the Milna Elementary School, with the application of appropriate anti-epidemic measures as necessary.
Written opinions, comments and suggestions on the Proposal IDPPUO-and can be given until April 14, 2023, and on the Proposal UPU-and you Strategic studies until May 3, 2023
