Pursuant to Article 96. Law on Physical Planning (Official Gazette No. 153/13, 65/17, 114/18, 39/19, 98/19) and Conclusion of the Mayor on the establishment of the Proposal for the Regional Development Plan (CLASS: 350-01/23-01/003 REGULATION NUMBER: 2181-32-01/1-23-016, dated June 28, 2023), the responsible party for the preparation, the Unified Administrative Department of the Municipality of Milna, announces the Repeated Public Hearing on the Proposal I. Amendment and Supplement to the Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Milna.
REPEATED PUBLIC HEARING on Proposal I. Amendments to the Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Milna (hereinafter: the Proposal of the Plan) will be held for 30 calendar days, in the period from July 3, 2023 to August 1, 2023.
The Plan Proposal for Re-Public Debate contains provisions for implementation, the cartographic part of the Plan and Special Attachments (explanation).
During the Repeated Public Hearing, the Draft Plan will be on display for public inspection at the premises of the Municipality of Milna every working day except Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will also be published on the website of the Municipality of Milna https://www.opcinamilna.hr.
THE RE-PUBLISHING OF THE PROPOSED PLAN will take place on July 19, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the premises of the school library of the Milna Elementary School.
Written opinions, comments and suggestions on the Draft Plan (which relate EXCLUSIVELY to the reasons for the repeated public debate stated in the Conclusion of the Municipal Mayor (CLASS: 350-01/23-01/003 REGULATION NUMBER: 2181-32-01/1-23-016, dated June 28, 2023) may be submitted during the Public Debate, ending on August 1, 2023.
