Sebbene oggi abbandonato, Pothume testimonia la tradizione costruttiva indigena dell&#039;isola, dove le case venivano costruite con pietra di Bra\u010d ben lavorata e di alta qualit\u00e0, integrandosi con la natura e senza alterare il paesaggio (parte dell&#039;insediamento si \u00e8 conservata fino ad oggi). I cortili ospitavano annessi agricoli: un pozzo, una cisterna, un forno per il pane e una stalla per il bestiame. A causa delle cattive condizioni della strada che conduce all&#039;insediamento, \u00e8 previsto il rifacimento della via locale (progetto per il 2021), il che certamente aumenter\u00e0 l&#039;interesse per questo soleggiato e caratteristico borgo di Bra\u010d, ricco di storia e con un grande potenziale per lo sviluppo del turismo rurale e XIX secolo, c&#039;erano circa 50 abitanti, per lo pi\u00f9 pastori.<\/li><li>Su richiesta degli abitanti del villaggio di Pothume, il parroco di Milna chiese al vescovo di Hvar il permesso di costruire una piccola parrocchia nel villaggio nel 1898, ma non lo ottenne.<\/li><li>La chiesa fu costruita solo nel 1925, in onore della Madonna di
