Das Gesetz legt die Grunds\u00e4tze des Zugangs- und Weiterverwendungsrechts sowie dessen Beschr\u00e4nkungen und das Verfahren zur Aus\u00fcbung und zum Schutz dieses Rechts fest.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>Informationsbeauftragter<\/h3><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">Gemeinde\u00a0<strong>Milna<\/strong>\u00a0Informiert die \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber die offizielle Website \u00fcber die Dokumente und Informationen, die sie besitzt und die in elektronischer Form \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglich sind und ohne besondere Anfrage abgerufen werden k\u00f6nnen; der Zugang zu allen anderen Informationen und Dokumenten erfolgt durch Einreichung einer m\u00fcndlichen oder schriftlichen Anfrage.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">Das Recht auf Zugang zu Informationen und auf deren Weiterverwendung wird durch Einreichung eines Antrags beim kommunalen Informationsbeauftragten ausge\u00fcbt.\u00a0<strong>Milna<\/strong>\u00a0auf folgende Weisen m\u00f6glich:<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">Die Gemeinde Milna hat Anspruch auf Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr die tats\u00e4chlich entstandenen materiellen Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Bereitstellung von Informationen an den Beg\u00fcnstigten des Rechts auf Informationszugang und Informationsweiterverwendung sowie auf Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr die Kosten der \u00dcbermittlung der angeforderten Informationen, die gem\u00e4\u00df den Kriterien f\u00fcr die Ermittlung der H\u00f6he der Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr tats\u00e4chliche materielle Kosten und Kosten der Informations\u00fcbermittlung (nachfolgend: die Kriterien) nach Artikel 19 Absatz 2 des Gesetzes \u00fcber das Recht auf Informationszugang (Amtsblatt Nr. 25\/13) berechnet werden.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">Die H\u00f6he der Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr die tats\u00e4chlichen Materialkosten wird wie folgt ermittelt:<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">1. Kopie einer A4-Seite \u2013 0,25 Kuna<br \/><span style=\"font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">2. Kopie einer A3-Seite \u2013 0,50 Kuna<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">3. Einseitige Farbkopie, A4-Format \u2013 1,00 Kuna<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">4. Einseitige Farbkopie, A3-Format \u2013 1,60 Kuna<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">5. Elektronische Aufzeichnung auf einer Speicherkarte, abh\u00e4ngig von der Speicherkapazit\u00e4t \u2013 210 Kuna f\u00fcr 64 GB, 150 Kuna f\u00fcr 32 GB, 120 Kuna f\u00fcr 16 GB, 50 Kuna f\u00fcr 8 GB, 30 Kuna f\u00fcr 4 GB.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">8. Umwandlung einer Dokumentseite von Papier in elektronische Form \u2013 0,80 Kuna<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">9. Umwandlung einer Aufzeichnung von einem Videoband, einer Audiokassette oder einer Diskette in eine elektronische Aufzeichnung - HRK 1,00<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">Die Kosten f\u00fcr die Informations\u00fcbermittlung werden gem\u00e4\u00df der g\u00fcltigen Preisliste f\u00fcr regul\u00e4re Postdienstleistungen berechnet.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\"><strong>BEMERKUNG:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;\">Die H\u00f6he der Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr tats\u00e4chlich anfallende Materialkosten f\u00fcr nicht in den Kriterien aufgef\u00fchrte Leistungen wird von der Beh\u00f6rde unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des durchschnittlichen Marktpreises der Leistung, der von der Beh\u00f6rde getragenen Abschreibungskosten und der Kosten f\u00fcr Postdienstleistungen festgelegt. Die Kosten f\u00fcr die Informationszustellung werden gem\u00e4\u00df der g\u00fcltigen Preisliste der Postdienstleistungen berechnet. Der Informationsberechtigte muss die voraussichtlichen tats\u00e4chlichen Materialkosten im Voraus vollst\u00e4ndig entrichten. Erfolgt die Entrichtung des Betrags nicht fristgerecht, gilt der Antrag als zur\u00fcckgezogen.
